Preventive Care

Preventing disease before it starts is key to your pet's quality of life. We provide vaccines and parasite preventives to help keep your pet from becoming sick from many preventable conditions.

We can provide heartworm tests (worm lives by the heart, not in the stool), intestinal (stool) parasite tests and tick screens in addition to many other tests.

Some parasites can affect people, so checking a stool (fecal) sample at least once per year is recommended. See how to collect a stool sample under our Hospital Policies section.
